Processing Time All Bloom Keepsakes items are handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Method We ship via USPS. You choose Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery USPS estimates Ground Advantage at 2–5 days, Priority Mail at 2–3 days and Priority Mail Express at 1–3 days after shipment. Only Priority Mail Express carries a USPS money-back guarantee; the others are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
