Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes before production begins. Once an item enters production, we're unable to edit or cancel it.

Our name signs, stats signs and milestone markers are cut from 1/4" or 1/8" birch basswood. Keepsake boxes are made from wood and finished by hand. Stain names like American Walnut or Golden Oak describe the shade of the finish, not a different species — the wood underneath is birch basswood.

Every item is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before it ships. Painted and stained finishes need an extra 3 business days to dry and cure.

Shipping is separate from production. USPS estimates Ground Advantage at 2–5 days, Priority Mail at 2–3 days and Priority Mail Express at 1–3 days — you choose the service at checkout. Only Priority Mail Express carries a USPS money-back guarantee.

Avoid prolonged sun and moisture exposure, wipe with a dry cloth, and use a wood conditioner occasionally to keep the finish looking its best.
