Production Time
Every item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be personalized and prepared before it ships. Painted and stained finishes need an extra 3 business days to dry and cure.
Shipping Time
Production time is separate from shipping. Once your order ships, USPS delivery estimates are:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–3 days
You choose the service at checkout. These are USPS’s own estimates — only Priority Mail Express carries a USPS money-back guarantee; Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are not guaranteed.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made specifically for you, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- There was an error on our part (e.g., misspelled name that doesn't match what you submitted)
If either applies, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-personalized items (if applicable) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bloom Keepsakes is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked “delivered” by the carrier, but we’re happy to help you file a claim.
